Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an
Experienced Security Technician
to our
Beach Lake, PA
team. In this role, you will independently install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems, with a focus on hands-on field technical work and occasional customer interaction. Success in this role requires strong technical aptitude, sound troubleshooting judgment, and the ability to work independently while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, intrusion, access control, and other security equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
  • Diagnose and repair faults; replace or adjust components as needed.
  • Follow technical specifications and work orders accurately.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of work, including reports, logs, and test results.
  • Provide customer service by informing clients of issues and advising on best practices.
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years' experience in security or low-voltage systems.
  • Good wiring and basic electronics knowledge.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Manufacturer or system certifications.
  • Experience with networked systems, IP-based cameras, and software configuration.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and handle tools and equipment throughout the workday.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
  • Comfort working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Manual dexterity for wiring, terminations, and fine adjustments to security components.
  • Regular travel to job sites and client locations within the assigned service area.

The wage for this role is$24 to $30 per hour
, based on experience and qualifications.
