Candidates should have experience working on multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality and
large-scale residential developments. We are looking for dependable technicians who can complete
installations accurately, safely and efficiently while working as part of a professional project team.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant piping, condensate systems and related components.
Complete equipment start-up, testing, balancing support and commissioning activities.
Read and work from mechanical drawings, specifications and manufacturer instructions.
Diagnose and resolve installation or performance issues.
Coordinate with project supervisors, general contractors and other trades.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and productivity.
RequirementsPrevious HVAC experience on multifamily or large-scale new-construction projects.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment and installation practices.
EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
Ability to read mechanical plans and complete work with limited supervision.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between regional project
