SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented HVAC Warehouse Technician to join our growing team in Roseto, PA. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, keeping our team equipped and ready to deliver top-notch heating and cooling solutions to our customers. Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for field technicians and installation crews
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Manage the storage and handling of HVAC units, refrigerants, and components
- Coordinate with service and installation teams to fulfill parts and equipment requests
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Process returns and manage warranty parts documentation
- Prior experience in a warehouse, HVAC supply, or mechanical trade environment preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment, parts, and terminology is a strong plus
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) safely
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
- Valid driver's license preferred
