Diesel Maintenance Technician

MCC seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our Manufacturing & Production operations within the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management department. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facilities, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and support equipment installations and upgrades. You will use a CMMS to manage work orders and ensure safe, reliable operation of assets.

Working on-site, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency-directly supporting MCC's global relief, development, and peace building mission. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of manufacturing equipment
• Use CMMS to track work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve reliability and safety
• Follow MCC safety standards including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure compliance with inspections
• Document repairs, inspections, and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Support MCC's mission by ensuring equipment reliability for relief and development work
