Provide year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our restaurants;
Diagnose and repair HVAC/R and kitchen equipment in multiple restaurant locations;
Perform preventive maintenance tasks and repairs with minimal disruption to service;
Document maintenance activities and maintain equipment records;
Coordinate with restaurant teams to schedule maintenance windows
