Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems in diesel engines.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine and safety features.
• Maintain accurate records of each repair and maintenance performed on vehicles.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations departments to schedule maintenance and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Stay updated on the latest industry technologies and techniques for diesel engine maintenance.
