ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Oaks, PA. The role focuses on routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and responsive service to residents, supporting a safe, well-maintained property.
You will handle corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance, operate with limited supervision, and participate in on‑call rotations including nights and weekends, with snow removal as needed. A valid HVAC/CFC cert and a PA/NJ/FL driver's license are required.
