Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Core-Mark seeks a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to support our high-volume distribution center in the Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement industry. As part of the Facilities & Maintenance team, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, material-handling equipment, and building systems to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient operations. You'll troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, complete work orders in our CMMS, and collaborate with operations in a culture that values integrity, growth, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse equipment, conveyors, forklifts, and building systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime in a high-volume distribution environment
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with Core-Mark and OSHA standards
• Use CMMS to document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history
• Collaborate with operations and facilities teams to prioritize repairs and support continuous improvement
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and optimization of new equipment and systems
