Crew Leader, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Yellowstone Landscape is hiring a Crew Leader for our commercial landscape construction team. Lead a small crew installing hardscape, planting, grading, and irrigation systems on high-profile properties. Coordinate daily tasks, read site plans, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. Operate and oversee use of trucks, skid steers, trenchers, and power tools. Train and mentor crew members while maintaining a clean, organized jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a commercial landscape construction crew
• Assign and coordinate daily tasks and project phases
• Interpret and work from site plans and construction drawings
• Install hardscape, planting, grading, and irrigation systems
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards
• Operate and oversee use of construction and landscape equipment
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant jobsite
• Inspect work progress and resolve on-site issues
• Communicate with supervisors, clients, and inspectors on project status
