Pile Driver

The H&K Group is seeking a skilled Pile Driver to support heavy civil and foundation projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, you will safely operate pile driving equipment to install deep foundations for bridges, structures, and sitework. Responsibilities include interpreting plans, setting up and aligning piles, performing equipment inspections, and working closely with foremen and crew. Responsibilities

• Operate pile driving rigs and related heavy equipment on site and bridge projects
• Read and interpret plans, stakes, and layout to drive piles to correct depth and alignment
• Perform daily equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and report mechanical issues
• Follow all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work with foremen, crane operators, and crew to plan lifts and sequencing
• Set up, align, and secure piles, leads, and hammer components
• Assist with rigging, signaling, and load handling during pile operations
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate progress or issues
• Work in varying weather conditions and terrain while maintaining quality standards
• Support general site tasks as needed to keep projects on schedule
