Pipe Foreperson

H&K Group, Inc., a respected leader in the construction materials industry since 1968, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pipe Foreperson to oversee our pipe crew operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality installation and maintenance of piping systems across our numerous project sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, planning, and ensuring safety compliance in all pipe-related activities in accordance with H&K Group's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pipe crew to ensure efficient job execution.
• Inspect work sites to monitor performance and adherence to safety standards, specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Train and mentor crew members on safe operation techniques and company procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers and other department heads to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for piping jobs, ensuring they are available and in good working condition.
• Implement and enforce H&K Group's quality control and safety measures.
• Prepare and maintain records of operations, including worker performance, equipment usage, and safety practices.
