  Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist
• Location:
  
  Ellwood City, PA
• Employment:
  Permanent, full-time with overtime opportunities
• Shift: 1st shift, Day shift 7:00am–3:30pm (varies if working overtime)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday; occasional optional Saturdays 5:00am–1:00pm
• Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal uptime.
• Troubleshoot faults using diagnostic tools, technical documentation, and collaboration with teammates.
• Repair and replace defective parts; correct electrical and mechanical issues; conduct alignment and calibration.
• Support equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades (including automation and tech enhancements).
• Document work orders, repair notes, and maintenance histories for trend analysis and planning.
• Uphold strict safety practices with lockout/tagout procedures and appropriate PPE.

• Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance spanning mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• High School Graduate plus trade school certification or related on-the-job training.
