Lead HVAC Commercial Installer Spurk HVACPittsburgh, PAFull-Time | Year-Round Work Compensation: $35.00-$45.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and leadership ability
Lead Commercial HVAC Projects with Spurk HVACSpurk HVAC is growing our commercial field team and looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Commercial Installer who can take ownership of commercial installation projects and provide leadership in the field.

This position is designed for an experienced commercial HVAC professional who is ready to lead crews, coordinate work in the field, and help ensure projects are completed correctly and efficiently.

About the Position As a Lead HVAC Commercial Installer, you'll oversee installation work on commercial HVAC projects throughout the Pittsburgh addition to performing hands-on installation, you'll help direct field crews, review plans and specifications, coordinate with project management and other trades, monitor materials and workflow, and maintain Spurk HVAC's standards for quality and jobsite execution.
We're looking for someone who can combine strong commercial HVAC installation experience with effective field leadership.
What You'll DoLead commercial HVAC installation crews on assigned projects
Perform and oversee installation of commercial HVAC equipment and systems
Coordinate ductwork, piping, controls, and equipment installation
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications
Plan daily field activities and coordinate crew workflow
Communicate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades
Monitor project progress, materials, and installation quality
Assist with equipment start-ups, testing, and system operation
Identify field issues and help develop practical solutions
Train and mentor installers and apprentices
Help keep projects progressing according to schedule and specifications
Maintain jobsite quality and company safety standards
What We're Looking For5 or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience
Previous experience leading crews or commercial HVAC projects
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and controls
Ability to confidently read blueprints, mechanical plans, and project specifications
Strong field coordination and project organization skills
Ability to direct and support installers and apprentices
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities EPA 608 Certification OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
