Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Duties

• - Perform various carpentry tasks such as framing, siding installation, door & window installation, roof construction, and kitchen / bathroom installation.
• - Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects.
• - Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete carpentry work.
• - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites.
• - Perform heavy lifting as required for the job.

• - Proven experience in carpentry, including Frame carpentry, finish carpentry, and construction layout.
• - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• - Familiarity with various carpentry techniques and materials.
• - Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively and safely.
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• - Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting.
