Job Description
Fire Sprinkler installation company seeking a NiCET 3 or higher certified designer to generate CAD designs for new builds and renovation projects in our residential and commercial divisions.
Occasional site surveys are required.
Fabrication and BOMs must be generated for projects.
Permit codes must be meet for the different township requirements.
All designs must be compliant with NFPA
Primarily Residential designs but commercial design projects are available as well.
Must be able to prepare NFPA approved designs for permitting and installation purposes. Sealed designs will be needed for permits to be submitted.
Compensation is based on the design work done. (Size of the project, site survey needed, BOMs and fabrication lists)
