Advanced Fryer Solutions (AFS) is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Route Service Technician to join our growing Pittsburgh-area team.

This is a hands-on, field-based position for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, solving problems, and taking pride in delivering exceptional service.

As a Route Service Technician, you'll service a variety of commercial kitchen customers throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area, including universities, restaurants, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues, and other food service operations. Successful technicians are adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable supporting changing routes, customer assignments, and operational needs as business demands evolve.

AFS is headquartered in Braddock, PA and services commercial kitchen customers throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area. Technicians report to our Braddock facility each workday to prepare equipment, receive assignments, and support daily operations before servicing customers throughout the territory.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Overnight and early morning hours
• Weekends off
• Three days off each week
• Consistent full-time schedule

• Using company applications on your smartphone to view schedules, communicate with management, complete service documentation, and take photos of completed work
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Providing excellent customer service
• Servicing universities, restaurants, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues, and other commercial kitchen environments
• Adapting to changing routes, customer assignments, and operational needs
