Role:
Journeyman / Journeywoman Meat Cutter

• $18–$22 per hour, based on experience

• Relocation assistance available
• Hotel accommodation available with applicable deduction
• Rental car and gas program available, approximately $300 per month

• Perform professional meat cutting, trimming, and portioning
• Use knives and meat-cutting tools safely and efficiently
• Prepare cuts according to production requirements and quality standards
• Maintain consistency in size, weight, and presentation of meat portions
• Work efficiently in a production and meat-processing environment
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle meat products carefully to maintain quality and minimize waste

• Minimum 5 years of professional meat-cutting experience required
• Journeyman / Journeywoman level experience strongly preferred
• Strong professional knife skills required
• Extensive experience trimming and portioning meat
• Previous experience in production or meat-processing environments required
• Ability to work accurately and consistently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Spanish-speaking candidates are accepted
