Residential Electrician – New Construction

If you know residential new construction, or you’re motivated to get there, and you want a shop that runs clean and predictable, this role is worth your time. At Fusion Development, you’re helping build homes people live their lives in, while working with a crew that respects the work and your time.

What You Get

$19.00 per hour and up, based on skill, experience, and output

· Quarterly bonuses tied to company and crew performance. Historically, these have added 15 to 30 percent on top of base pay annually.

· We pay 90 percent of your health insurance premium

· Paid time off starts at one week, plus one week of paid holidays, and increases to three or more weeks over time

· 40 hour weeks are the norm, with overtime available but rarely mandatory

· Steady, year round new construction work

· Day to day flexibility when the work is covered and the crew is producing

· We supply materials, equipment, and specialty tools. You bring hand tools.

· Company vehicles are available to positions that have earned them

The Work

· Residential new construction wiring for homes and townhomes

· Rough ins, trims, and undergrounds

· Reading plans and wiring clean and organized

· Working at a steady production pace without cutting corners

· Taking pride in installs you’d be happy to show in 10 years

Growth and Opportunity

· We maintain a written skill list covering more than 100 specific skills across Apprentice, Electrician, and Crew Leader levels, so you can see where you stand and what comes next

· If you are new to the trade and willing to learn, we will teach you. If you already have experience, we will build from what you know.

· Lead roles are earned through consistency and output

How Our Jobs Run

· The jobsite is our office. You report directly to the job.

· Crews generally start between 7:00 and 9:00 and finish between 3:00 and 5:00. The crew sets the schedule together.

· We work the I 79 corridor, from Cranberry to Washington

· Clean sites and organized work

· Materials and plans are ready before the job starts

· Problems get handled, not argued about

· Crews help each other and move together

· No screaming, no drama, no 60 hour weeks as the default
