** Job Overview*
* The Maintenance Technician Lead applies broad knowledge of maintenance and reliability practices and supports plant operations by maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility assets. In this role, you will perform complex maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues and provide technical

guidance to team members. This is a great opportunity to utilize your maintenance skills while contributing to food safety, equipment reliability, and team success.

** What You Will Do*
* + Perform complex preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, while coaching others on the team.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve critical mechanical and electrical issues to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

+ Use hand tools, power tools, and basic precision tools to complete maintenance tasks.

+ Modify equipment by reviewing electrical or mechanical schematics, blueprints, or manuals.

+ Document completed work and equipment conditions using a computerized maintenance system and advise on opportunities for continuous improvement of facility operations.

** What You Will Need*
* + Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

+ Must be 18 years or older.

+ Ability to read, write, and speak English.

+ Two or more years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience or educational equivalent or certification in maintenance, mechanics, or related trade.

+ Willingness to learn and follow safety, food safety, and maintenance procedures.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

** What Will Put You Ahead*
* + Welding, fabrication, or conveyor system experience.

+ Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

+ Work history in the last 12 months.
