Maintenance Technician
As a maintenance technician you will play a critical role in keeping production operations running smoothly. An ideal candidate will be someone who possesses industry knowledge and skills and is interested in furthering their career with an ever-growing company. Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Install, modify, and maintain conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, and related production machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, sensors, and control systems.
- Support facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, compressed air systems, and building repairs.
Qualifications:
- Prior professional work experience as a maintenance technician
- High mechanical aptitude and knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on industrial machinery
- Welding and fabrication skills/knowledge would be a plus
Compensation:
- $28-$34/HR
- Overtime is available on a consistent basis
- This position offers a 4 day work week
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Girard, PA.
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
