This full-time, on-site Installation Technician role is based in Reinholds, PA. The Installation Technician will install, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems, including laying out piping, fittings, and related components according to plans, specifications, and applicable codes. Daily responsibilities include performing cabling and connections, using hand and power tools safely, and assisting with system startups, inspections, and basic troubleshooting. The role also involves documenting work performed, communicating with project managers and team members, and interacting with customers on-site to explain work status, address basic questions, and support a positive service experience.

The Installation Technician is expected to follow safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized work area, and support other field and shop tasks as needed.

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving basic installation and system issues.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and customers.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support professional, respectful interactions and positive project outcomes.
• Candidates should possess Cabling skills and familiarity with installation practices, tools, and reading basic plans or diagrams.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn fire sprinkler systems, NFPA standards, and relevant local codes.
• Ability to lift and carry materials, work on ladders or lifts, and perform tasks in a construction or industrial environment while following safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to Reinholds, PA and the ability to work full-time schedules, including occasional overtime as projects require.
• Previous experience in fire protection, construction, electrical, plumbing, or a related trade is beneficial but not required; technical training or certifications are a plus.
