1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

We're seeking a skilled Automation Maintenance Technician to support electrical systems, controls, PLCs, and automated equipment in a modern production environment.

Job Duties
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial automation, electrical, and control systems
  • Diagnose and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA-controlled equipment
  • Troubleshoot 24V DC to 480V AC electrical systems
  • Repair motors, sensors, relays, contractors, VFDs, servo systems, and starters
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues
  • Support equipment installations, automation upgrades, startups, and commissioning
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Respond to equipment downtime and restore operations safely and efficiently
Requirements
  • Associate degree or technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Automation Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial automation maintenance experience
  • Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and ladder logic
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills in industrial manufacturing environments
  • Working knowledge of HMI, SCADA, controls, and industrial communication networks
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Experience with electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V
