Position: ASSISTANT LATE NIGHT SUPERVISOR
Location: Orefield

Position Summary

We are seeking staff to work with at-risk youth. We take pride in our structured program that focuses on changing a client's behaviors, thinking patterns, and values. Our program primarily focuses on implementing behavioral changes to assist with a successful reintegration into the home, family, and community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to Late Night staff, fostering collaboration and positive team dynamics.
  • Deliver direct support to clients during third shift, effectively responding to and managing behavioral or emotional challenges.
Shifts Available

Position located in Orefield, PA

Full Time, 11PM-7AM

Weekends are required

Qualifications (Education, Training And Experience)
  • Associate's Degree or 60 credits with 3 years of direct care experience, OR a Bachelor s Degree with 1 year of direct care experience is required. Relevant experience in a comparable environment/clientele is required.
  • Experience working with children / adolescents required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Possess, exhibit, and maintain competency in dealing with youth.
  • Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver s license, SCM certification, CPR/First Aid certification required.
  • Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, flexible hours, and overtime as required.
Compensation

$22.50 hourly
