QIDP Program Supervisor

Adult Services is looking for a QIDP Supervisor for our Community Residential Homes. The Supervisor will direct the daily operation of the assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care and regulatory requirements. They will collaborate with Center Leadership, external stakeholders, and contracted service providers to oversee implementation of program plans and active treatment programs that support objectives in individual plans.

The Supervisor will consult with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.

8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with an on‑call rotation.

Annual salary range: $51,500 – $58,710.

Main campus located in Berwyn, PA.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited human services program.
• At least three (3) years of experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.
• Empathetic, team player, excellent written and verbal communication, energetic, creative, knowledge of behavior management and positive reinforcement theories, and a positive role model.

• Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing; some lifting of 75–100 lbs.
• Normal hearing and vision; occasional use of computers and office equipment.
• Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes.
• Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
