Location: Gosford
Life Without Barriers is seeking a Case Manager (Child, Youth & Family) to support permanency goals for children and young people in the Central Coast.
Based in Gosford with hybrid working arrangements, you will collaborate with children, families and carers to develop and monitor case plans and provide trauma-informed support.
A relevant bachelor’s degree such as Social Work or Psychology is preferred; OOHC case management experience and probity checks are required.
