Full-Time Social Worker – Residential Living Peter Becker Community – Harleysville, PA 19438

At Peter Becker Community, we’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to support our Independent Living (Residential Living) residents. - Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Services, Healthcare, Senior Living, or Social Services
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- A compassionate, resident-first approach with a passion for serving older adults
- Coordinate admissions and welcome new Residential Living residents
- Serve as an advocate and trusted resource for residents and their families
- Assist residents with transitions, discharges, and moves throughout the community
- Collaborate with the Wellness Team, Personal Care, Skilled Nursing, Marketing, and Life Enrichment departments
- Help resolve resident concerns while promoting independence and resident satisfaction
- Plan wellness programs, educational opportunities, support groups, and resident events
- Communicate with outside providers and coordinate services to meet resident needs
- Monitor resident well-being, document incidents, and ensure compliance with community policies
- Support a warm, engaging, and person-centered environment where residents feel valued every day
