• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Human Services, Healthcare, Senior Living, or Social Services
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• A compassionate, resident-first approach with a passion for serving older adults

• Coordinate admissions and welcome new Residential Living residents
• Serve as an advocate and trusted resource for residents and their families
• Assist residents with transitions, discharges, and moves throughout the community
• Collaborate with the Wellness Team, Personal Care, Skilled Nursing, Marketing, and Life Enrichment departments
• Help resolve resident concerns while promoting independence and resident satisfaction
• Plan wellness programs, educational opportunities, support groups, and resident events
• Communicate with outside providers and coordinate services to meet resident needs
• Monitor resident well-being, document incidents, and ensure compliance with community policies
• Support a warm, engaging, and person-centered environment where residents feel valued every day
