Child Care Bus Driver

We are seeking a reliable Bus Driver committed to safely transporting children to their destinations while embodying our core values of love and support. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in children’s lives, help us create magic moments at Magic Memories!

Driving hours will vary, but there is the option to work additional hours in the classrooms as a teacher's assistant or in the kitchen as a cook (at a lower pay rate)

• Hiring Bonus: $1,000–$3,000 (based on role & qualifications)

• To be responsible for the welfare, health, and safety of the children in the group.
• The driver will safely transport all children to and from the designated locations.
• Drivers will obey all traffic regulations.
• The driver will be familiar with the planned route ahead of time.
• Drivers will have evidence of a safe driving record for the previous 5 years.
• Ensure the vehicle is in compliance with all state regulatory agencies' rules and regulations.

• Provide support across various classrooms, assisting with daily activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the center.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the individual and group needs of children.
• Monitor the physical, emotional, and developmental patterns in children and provide appropriate support and care.

• High School Diploma or GED min, required
• 2 years working with children min, required
• Valid CDL/S&P endorsement, required
• Knowledge of physical, emotional, and developmental patterns in children
• Sensitivity to individual and group needs of children
