Community Participation Supports (CPS) Supervisor
Access Services is hiring a Community Participation Supports (CPS) Supervisor to lead a team that supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to build meaningful, connected lives in their communities. Community Participation Supports (CPS) is a person-centered service designed to help individuals develop interpersonal, communication, daily living, and work-related skills while exploring community connections, volunteer opportunities, educational experiences, and pathways to greater independence.
As a CPS Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality supports, supervise and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and help ensure individuals achieve the goals outlined in their Support Plans. This role combines leadership, coaching, service coordination, and direct engagement with individuals and their support teams to create opportunities for growth, inclusion, and community participation.
Because CPS services are delivered where individuals live, learn, work, and engage in their communities, this is a highly mobile and community-based leadership position. The primary service area includes Lehighton, Pottsville, and Bartonsville, and the supervisor will regularly travel throughout the region to support staff, oversee services, and build relationships with individuals and community partners. The position may be based out of our Bethlehem or Orwigsburg office, with a combination of community-based work, office work, and flexibility to support the needs of the program.
