Qualifications:- Masters or higher degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred
- Familiarity with special education law and best practices in psychological assessment
- Exceptional communication, consultation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct psycho educational and behavioral assessments for students across all grade levels
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing informed recommendations for supports and services
- Deliver crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs Support development and implementation of behavior management plans
- Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in accordance with school requirements
