• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred
• Familiarity with special education law and best practices in psychological assessment
• Exceptional communication, consultation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary teams

• Conduct psycho educational and behavioral assessments for students across all grade levels
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing informed recommendations for supports and services
• Deliver crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs
Support development and implementation of behavior management plans
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in accordance with school requirements
