Salary: $17.50 – $22.75 hourly
Sign‑on bonus up to $3,500 for full‑time hires
Starting rate $17.50/hr with $2.50/hr weekend differential and $5.00/hr holiday differential when applicable
If you are certified as a Direct Support Professional, receive enhanced pay rates: DSP1 +$1.75/hr, DSP2 +$0.75/hr, DSP3 +$0.75/hr.

Job DescriptionDirect Support Professionals (DSP) ensure the health and safety of program participants by providing varying levels of personal care within a community home setting, including cooking, cleaning, transportation, community engagement, dispensing medications, supporting goals, and accurate documentation of care. The role supports participants in developing independent living skills, behavior strategies, self‑advocacy, and prepares them to become more independent in their homes and communities.

Experience is helpful but not required; complete PAID training will be provided.
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (all company paid)
- Regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
