Blended Case Manager (BCM)
Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in the mental health sector. We offer a fulfilling career path complemented by a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
Starting Pay and Compensation:
- Base weekly rate plus bonus
- For hours over 27 billable hours weekly:$30 bonus per hour
- For billable hours beyond 32 weekly:$40 bonus per hour
- Annual starting earnings potential,including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $37,000 to $45,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication.

Requirements:
We welcome candidates who align with the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education;or,
- Registered nurse;or,
- High school diploma holder sand
12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social scienceandtwo years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers.
