- Deliver counseling, social-emotional support, and behavioral interventions to elementary students in grades 3–5 with a range of behavioral, emotional, social, and mental health needs.
- Provide crisis support, behavior intervention, and case management services to promote student well-being and success.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, families, and outside service providers to coordinate individualized student support.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and communicate student needs, progress, and support strategies with relevant team members.
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or related qualifying field
- Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification in School Social Work, School Counseling, or as a School-Based Licensed Professional Counselor
- Experience supporting elementary students in grades 3–5, particularly those with behavioral, emotional, social, and/or mental health needs; experience in a structured intervention program preferred
