We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Enhanced Support Professional to join an experienced team supporting a vibrant young woman who is working toward greater independence, meaningful relationships, and an active life in her community.
This is an opportunity to use your skills in a way that truly matters. You’ll help her build confidence, develop skills, navigate challenges, and participate in activities she enjoys—including theater, musicians, coffee outings, volunteering, and social events
.

We’re looking for someone who is more than a caregiver

- Experience supporting individuals with Autism, OCD, developmental disabilities, or mental health/behavioral needs
- At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver, TSS, PCA, DSP, or in a similar role
- Strong teaching, coaching, and interpersonal skills

You’ll be part of a team that believes support should be about building a life—not simply providing care. Your role will be to help someone develop skills, experience success, make connections, and participate in the community in ways that are meaningful to her.
If you’re looking for flexible, rewarding work where your behavioral and teaching skills can make a real difference
