Location: Coal Center

Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a dynamic and flexible setting as a School Psychologist serving multiple communities across Fayette, Greene, and Washington counties. This opportunity involves full-time contract work in a floater position, traveling onsite to meet needs as they arise within various districts throughout the IU1 region. You'll play a crucial role in delivering psychological services, administering assessments, and collaborating with school teams to create positive outcomes for students.

Your flexibility and adaptability will be essential, as this position covers evaluations and support across several districts, with frequent requests from diverse school communities. Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Active Pennsylvania School Psychologist Educator Certificate (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to travel throughout the Fayette, Greene, and Washington county area
  • Masters or higher graduate degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Experience conducting psycho educational assessments and evaluations
  • Strong skills in consultation, collaboration, and problem solving within school settings
  • Commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and culturally responsive practices
Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel throughout the region to perform comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student intervention plans
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs and progress
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and assessment documentation
  • Respond promptly to changing caseloads and district requests
