.Net Developer; Backend

Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year (Contract Position) Company Overview:

As a .NET Developer you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the core backend systems of our applications. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled developer to contribute to exciting projects within a contract capacity.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers, software architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Optimize and improve existing code and system performance.
• Work with databases and data storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with the Dev Ops team to deploy and manage applications in a production environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Backend .NET Developer or similar role, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and related technologies.
• Experience with database design and development using SQL Server or similar relational databases.
• Familiarity with web services and API development (REST, SOAP).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
• This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months to 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance as well as potential to convert into a full‑time regular employee with our client.
