SUMMARY OF

THE ROLE

As part of the development and maintenance of second-generation Salesforce (2GP) packages, we are looking for a passionate and experienced developer who can design robust, modular, and reusable solutions integrated into 2GP packages, taking full advantage of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex technologies.

Experience on Agentforce would be a plus.

KEY OBJECTIVES and KPI

* Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce 2GP packages.

* Develop high-performance, responsive and maintainable LWC components.

* Implement complex business logic in Apex (classes, triggers, batches, REST APIs).

* Participate in the definition of the technical architecture of the packages.

* Collaborate with functional teams to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.

* Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.

* Manage package and release dependencies through Salesforce CLI and Dev Hub.

* Participate in the continuous improvement of development practices within the Lab.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions on Salesforce in response to business needs.

* Contribute to the design and development of 2GP packages, adhering to versioning and release management best practices.

* Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure consistency of development and integration of solutions.

* Participate in the management of package repositories and associated technical documentation.

* Intervene during the code review, unit testing and continuous integration phases to ensure the quality of deliverables.

* Support the teams during the deployment and support of solutions put into production.

* A perfect mastery of Salesforce DX and 2GP packaging is essential to ensure the quality of development and ensure effective management of versions and deployments.

* Deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), including composition, component communication, and lifecycle, enables you to design modern, high-performance user interfaces on the Salesforce platform.

* Apex expertise, covering the creation of classes and triggers, the use of SOQL and SOSL queries, error handling, and unit testing, is essential to develop robust and scalable solutions.

* Proven experience with release management tools such as Git and Git Hub, as well as implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes, helps automate and ensure reliable deliveries.

* Proficiency in Salesforce command-line interfaces, including SFDX CLI tools and scratch org environment management, makes it easy to develop, configure, and test Salesforce applications in a modern, automated framework.

* Applying security and performance best practices on Salesforce is critical to ensuring compliance, data protection, and optimization of deployed solutions.

* Knowledge of the COPADO release management tool is a plus.
