Sr AEM Developer

Job Title

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business, application teams, architects and techleads to identity, review and evaluate the solution requirements
• Develop, implement, and configure web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe AEM Assets, and/or technologies (Java, HTML/DHTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, web services)
• Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of AEMs core platform and integrate with other solutions
• Document knowledge and best practices around AEM platform capabilities
• Investigate and propose strategic fits for virtualization, consolidation and rationalization solution opportunities within the infrastructure or business
• Propose changes to the technical design solutions as applicable
• Evaluate and align strategic fit solutions across platforms and solutions specific to system infrastructure and software technologies
• Participate in and provide consulting to delivery teams on AEM design development, integration opportunities as it relates to the overall Mar Tech ecosystem

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Web Development technologies (Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, web services)
• 5+ years’ experience in Adobe Experience Manager
• Hands-on experience developing reusable templates and custom components, Content Fragments and Experience Fragments on the Adobe AEM platform v6
• Experience with Java concepts and patterns including Java/J2EE, JSP, Spring, Sling, JMS, JUnit, MVC, Eclipse, Maven
• Strong communication skillset with business and IT stakeholders

Nice to have skillset:

• Experience in financial services industry
• Working knowledge with AEM architecture is preferred
• Knowledge of other Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AEP, CDP a plus)
• Front-end skills such as Angular or React
