AutomationEngineer Responsibilities
- Provide automation system support and troubleshooting in a GMP environment
- Lead or support integration of new automation systems and devices
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements
- Contribute to SDLC processes, including documentation and SOP development
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system reliability and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation
- 3+ years of experience with Ignition platforms
- Solid understanding of IT/OT integration
- Hands‑on experience with PLC programming
- Experience working within GMP‑regulated environments
- Proven ability in system and device integration
- Familiarity with PI Historian preferred
- Experience with DeltaV/Unicorn systems preferred
This is a 100% on‑site role in West Point/North Wales, PA.
National (US) Range: $65,000 USD – $113,521 USD
