Triunity Software is looking for a talented Service Now Developer to join our growing team in Mississauga, AB. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting‑edge enterprise solutions, building and optimizing the Service Now platform for clients who rely on it every day. Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications, modules, and platform customizations
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server-side scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and manage Service Now integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve Service Now platform issues and incidents
- 4+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other Service Now modules
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations within the Service Now platform
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
