AWS Developer

We are seeking an experienced AWS Developer with strong backend development experience using Node.js and Type Script . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience designing and developing REST APIs and working with AWS cloud services, infrastructure‑as‑code, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Node.js and Type Script
• Experience with NestJS or a comparable dependency‑injection framework
• Spring Boot experience may be considered as transferable experience
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs
• Experience with OpenAPI / Swagger
• Hands‑on AWS experience with:
  • AWS Lambda
  • API Gateway
  • S3
  • ECS
  • Secrets Manager
• Experience with Cloud Formation / Infrastructure as Code
• Strong Jest unit testing experience
• Experience working with a 100% test coverage gate
• Experience with Git feature‑branch and pull‑request workflows
• Experience working with CI gates / CI workflows
• Must be able to work onsite in Malvern, PA 3 days per week

• Authoring and versioning internal npm packages
• Plugin interface development
• Playwright E2E testing
• Stryker mutation testing
• Feature flags such as Gatekeeper or similar tools
• Open Telemetry / distributed tracing
• Honeycomb or Splunk
• Fastify
• Redis
• JWT authentication
• Brokerage/financial services experience, including:
  • Order routing
  • Trade execution
  • Cost basis
• Dexter tooling experience
