Overview

* At UFC GYM, our MMA instructors are primarily responsible for engaging members in the benefits of one-on-one coaching and helping members to achieve their fitness goals. There are opportunities to instruct early morning, afternoon, evening and weekend classes available.

Responsibilities

* Lead one hour fitness and technique group classes using real techniques.

* Demonstrate the value of private coaching by creating an outstanding experience for new and existing members.

* Assist sales associates to convert first time clients to members

* Guide and educate members and clients on comprehensive fitness programs.

* Work hard, have a passion for fitness and UFC, and bring enthusiasm every day.

Qualifications

* Kick Boxing/Boxing/MMA experience or Group Fitness certification or Kick Boxing/Boxing/MMA fitness training

* Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly.

* Passionate and knowledgeable about fitness.

* Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills.

* Related Degree Preferred (i.e. Exercise Science, Kinesiology)

Experience:

* Boxing/Kickboxing/MMA Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

* Group Class Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Compensation: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
