The Athletics Marketing Intern will support marketing efforts for 24 Division I athletic teams at Villanova University.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions
* Oversee, plan and implement select fall, winter and spring sport marketing plans
* Schedule game day elements that include but are not limited to anthem performers, halftime and time out performers, and color guard
* Assist with game day operational responsibilities at all football, men's basketball, women's basketball and other assigned games
* Create and facilitate a digital marketing plan including development of email databases and social media graphics
* Oversee and schedule the game day student volunteer program
* Support student attendance and The Nation student fan group
* Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing
* All duties and responsibilities must be completed in compliance with University, Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.

* Perform other duties and assist with projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree.
Work
Skills:
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
* Team-oriented and must be willing to work irregular hours.
Other:
* Willingness to learn.
* Passion for sports marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Work Experience
* Sports marketing experience at either the professional or collegiate level.
Work Skills
* Experience using Adobe Photoshop.
* Social Media Management.
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual
Work Hours:
* Candidate must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and evening hours.
