The Assistant Track & Field Coach will assist the head coach in planning and executing training sessions designed to develop athletes' skills and performance. Responsibilities include supporting athletes during practices and competitions, and fostering positive communication with team members and staff. The Assistant Coach will also assist with administrative duties, meet planning, logistics, among other required tasks assigned. The Assistant Coach will contribute to promoting sportsmanship and teamwork within the program while collaborating with the Head Coach and other staff members.
Qualifications- Track and Field expertise with knowledge of the sport's rules, techniques, and best practices
- Coaching skills with the ability to motivate and mentor athletes to achieve excellence
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, staff, and parents
- Organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
