• Help manage transportation logistics to ensure our clients receive the right products at the right time and cost.
• Communicate with carriers and vendors to schedule shipments and track deliveries.
• Support clients by providing updates, solving problems, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.
• Work with internal teams to onboard new clients and set up shipping lanes.
• Monitor shipment performance and help resolve any delays or issues.
• Enter and manage order information in our logistics system using tools like email, phone, or web portals.
• Assist with billing, reporting, and resolving any discrepancies.

• A recent graduate with a degree in
  Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A quick learner who enjoys solving problems and staying organized.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet tools.
• Interest in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
