Roadside Technician

We are an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. When a customer experiences a tire failure, a technician is dispatched to the location to repair or change the tire. During periods with no service calls, technicians assist with mounting orders, shop cleaning, and other general duties.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with a rotating on-call schedule. Technicians will be on call 1-2 nights weekly and 1 weekend per month. Any after-hours call pays double time with a guaranteed two-hour minimum ($46-$50). Responding to after-hours service requests during on-call periods is expected.

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous commercial service tire experience

• Servicing commercial tires: dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire
• Performing match mounting, matching dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI based on load requirements
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including proper PPE, tire cages, and all safety policies and procedures
