🚛 Shipping Coordinator – Direct Hire/Full-time
💵 $17.50–$22.00/hour, depending on experience
We’re a U.S. manufacturer looking for a Shipping Coordinator to manage LTL, flatbed, and truckload shipments for time-critical construction and drilling projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and track daily shipments to meet job site deadlines
- Quote, select, and negotiate with carriers
- Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, labels, packing lists)
- Resolve freight issues (late, damaged, missed pickups)
- Communicate with internal teams and customers
- Manage claims, billing issues, and maintain shipping data
- 1–2 years of shipping/logistics experience
- Knowledge of NMFC/class/density and carrier policies
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and TMS/portal systems
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask under time pressure
