School Bus Driver​/Trainee

Job Overview

Join the Krapf Team as a School Bus Driver. This part‑time driving position covers AM and PM routes in Coatesville, Downingtown, Twin Valley and surrounding areas, requiring Monday–Friday availability. No night or weekend work is required.

• Very competitive base pay: $23.75 per hour (up to $28.25 per hour with incentives).
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus for fully licensed drivers holding a CDL with both S & P endorsements – available for hires between February 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026.
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus for applicants who complete company‑provided CDL training.
• Opportunity to earn up to $150 per month in additional incentives, paid bi‑weekly.
• $250 training bonus upon completion of paid CDL training (terms and conditions apply).
• All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and additional terms may apply.

• Day shift only – no nights or weekends.
• Split schedule: 20–30 hours per week.
• Guaranteed 4 hours per day.
• Summer work available.
• Driver may bring child(ren) to ride with them while driving.

• No driving experience required; paid training to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License is provided.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday covering AM and PM routes in the specified areas.
