Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Run day-to-day LTL, partial flatbed, and truckload shipping operations for the organization;
Tender, schedule, and track daily shipments to meet job site delivery windows and customer commitments;
Quote and select carriers using market and lane-history benchmarks, and negotiate rates and discounts;
Resolve shipment issues such as exceptions, late deliveries, missed pickups, and damaged or lost freight, while preparing all necessary shipping paperwork
