- As a Maintenance Tech, your primary responsibility is the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the facility and grounds.
- Work under the direction of the Maintenance Director.
- Operate equipment and tools properly and safely.
- Monitor supplies and usage.
- Perform assigned maintenance and repair duties as assigned.
- Perform any scheduled repairs and maintenance of facility and equipment.
- Complete maintenance logs accurately and timely.
- Transport residents to and from their scheduled appointments.
- Experience in Maintenance, Housekeeping, or Environmental Services helpful.
- Experience in long-term care helpful.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Valid PA Driver's License.
