International Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
This is a hybrid role in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) with the expectation to be onsite 1–2 days per week.
- Uses SAP and Excel to create documents to support all transload facilities and maintain required daily reporting, and spreadsheet updates.
- Works with freight audit company to ensure rates are updated as needed and verify the accuracy of rates being billed. Data entry of freight bills into the freight tracking access database.
- Work with drayage providers to ensure proper workflow, and tracking and tracing of BOL’s as required.
- Verifies daily Ocean billing from Freight Forwarder or ocean carrier, customs broker invoicing, and inland drayage provider invoicing. Validates rates and inputting bills into SAP system. Generates reporting for finance.
- Creates electronic invoices for Broker by using data from SAP and shipping documents, verifying each shipment’s details against booking and creates Excel invoice to assist customs declaration.
- Discovers, analyzes, and resolves issues in a timely manner and follows up where required.
- Updates shipment due dates for international containers for all sites.
- Tracks daily import shipments on Internet and updates import spreadsheet for all sites.
- Completes other tasks as outlined by Manager, International Logistics as requested.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Experience working in SAP is a plus.
- Experience working in a TMS is a plus.
- Ability to work and think independently.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work remotely as required.
- High school diploma required; college experience desired.
- 3–5 years experience in International Logistics.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $23.85 to $32.21. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
